Die Templates Nested Eggs and Easter Borderabilties
Classic Scalloped Rectangles Large Die Template
paper cut to 5” x 7”
sticky tape or other adhesive
or colored pencils
Shot or other cutting/embossing machine
1: Cover the 5 x 7″ printer paper with the adhesive sheet.
Remove liner sheet to expose adhesive, place on paper, remove the
remaining liner and cover adhesive with ribbon.
2: Place on the Big Shot mat with the ribbon side facing up. This
way you can see where your die will be cutting. Place Nested Eggs
die template on top of ribbon with cut side down, smooth side down.
I used the #4 die template (with #1 being the smallest). Then layer
with another mat. Run through Big Shot at least two times.
You may need to make extra passes depending on how thick your ribbon
is. We cut with scissors along line if the ribbon did not cut on big
3: Now flip your ribbon paper over and reposition the Nested
Eggs die template over the cut line. Run through the Big Shot
two more times. This helps cut through the ribbon on both sides.
4: Now, cut/emboss one border from white cardstock using
Spellbinders™ Easter Borderabilities® Petite#1 die template.
5: To emboss, place die template with paper side up on
mat, then an embossing pad, then a second mat. Run through Big

8: Card measures 6” x 5 1/2″. Adhere bottom border piece on card
front, then white border, then top border piece. Embellish with

stamp sentiment in lower right corner with black ink. Adhere to card
front with 3D Foam.
10: Color embossed tulips on border with markers or colored pencils.
Cut Spellbinders™ Easter Borderabilities® Petite die
template #1 from various colors of cardstock for the butterflies and
flower. Adhere Ribbon Egg and assemble as shown with 3D Foam.
